The Tradition of Dana

Dana is the word for generosity in the language of the Buddha. In the tradition of dana, the teachings are offered freely, and the community of practitioners gives what they can to support their continuation. Each practitioner decides for themselves what they would like to give, and all are welcome.  This simple reciprocity has kept the teachings of the Buddha alive for 2600 years. Most Stillpoint offerings follow this tradition.
The fee you choose to pay for groups and retreats supports the continuation of the Buddha’s teachings and serves as an invitation to Stillpoint’s leader, Jennifer Carson, to continue in her role.
May your practice make you free!
